2. Estimator Disclaimer

The Solar Estimator provides an estimate based on typical Philippine appliance wattages and your self-reported usage patterns. The recommended KW size and price are approximations. Your actual system requirements, final quote, and installation cost are subject to a free on-site assessment by DevSolutions Solar. The Estimator output is not a binding offer or contract.

3. Financing and Payment Terms

Prices displayed assume cash payment. Financing options (credit card, GSIS loan) are subject to third-party approval. Credit card interest rates shown are placeholders; actual rates vary by card issuer and will be confirmed in your written quote. GSIS terms require active GSIS membership.

4. Warranty

All systems sold by DevSolutions Solar include a 5-year installation warranty and lifetime after-sales support subject to normal use. Specific component warranties (panels, inverters, batteries) are governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Estimator in good faith and provide accurate information. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, automate abuse of, or otherwise compromise the Estimator, Sol AI Assistant, or any other service offered on this website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including copy, photos, logos, the Solar Estimator tool, and the Sol AI Assistant — is the property of DevSolutions Solar or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DevSolutions Solar is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the website or Estimator. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the site or tool shall be limited to the amount you have paid us directly, if any.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
